Membership Advisor RTPI London Office, with a blend of home and office-based working. Fixed term contract until July 2027. Part time, 21 hours per week. £31,925 pro rata per annum.

We are looking to recruit a Membership Advisor to join our Membership team to provide administrative support to our operations function. This role will suit an applicant with a good level of customer service and experience of processing high volumes of data to tight deadlines.

  • Processing member payments and applications
  • Dealing with member and candidate queries over email and telephone
  • Processing member updates to records and dealing with returned communications

Applicants will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and can demonstrate a high level of professionalism and time management. You should have good experience of using CRM systems and be comfortable handling and processing high volumes of data, as well as familiar with GDPR regulations. Attention to detail and accuracy is also key.
