Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the memberships function, including processing member payments and applications.
- Respond to member and candidate queries via email and telephone.
- Process member updates to records and manage returned communications.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Good level of customer service and experience processing high volumes of data to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; high level of professionalism and time management.
- Experience using CRM systems; comfortable handling and processing high volumes of data.
- Familiar with GDPR; attention to detail and accuracy.
