Role: Programme Manager at Royal Terberg Group.
Hours: 37hpw, 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:00-13:00 Friday.
Salary: Β£55,000βΒ£65,000 pa DOE.
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering complex programmes? We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead our project management function, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple, high-impact projects that drive our business forward.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers
- Oversee the delivery of programmes from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, production, purchasing, software, and more
- Champion best practice in project management, process improvement, and digitalisation
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, customers, and partners
- Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards (ISO9001, ISO14001)
What You'll Bring
- Proven track record managing large, cross-functional teams and delivering multimillion-pound programmes on time and to budget
- Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, or similar methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Office, Teams, and SharePoint
