Overview
Role: Financial Accountant at Royal Terberg Group in Warwick. Hours: 37hpw, between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:00-13:00 Friday. Salary: between £55,000 and £65,000 pa DOE. We’re looking for a qualified accountant with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for driving financial excellence. This role sits in our Finance team in Warwick.
What You’ll Do
- Lead month-end reporting and statutory accounts preparation under FRS102
- Manage intercompany processes and balance sheet reconciliations
- Own management accounts for our Parts division and support OE stock accounting
- Oversee tax compliance, VAT, PAYE/NIC, and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including cash flow and balance sheet planning
- Supervise a small team including Payroll, Purchase Ledger, and Accounts Admin
What You’ll Bring
- ACA or ACCA qualification
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, audit, and tax
- Experience in a £100m+ turnover business (ideally manufacturing)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel (including to the Netherlands) and work from our Warwick office at least 3 days a week
