Shepherd Neame is seeking an experienced Head of Pubs Marketing to lead strategy, planning and delivery across our managed and tenanted pub estates. You will shape an insight-led marketing approach to grow footfall, frequency, spend and loyalty, collaborating with Operations, Property and the Marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns.
You'll manage budgets, develop the Pub Marketing team and drive joined-up digital, CRM and local marketing in line with commercial objectives.
