Are you a highly organised and proactive individual excited by a new challenge? We\’re seeking a Programme Manager to join our dynamic People Scaling team, providing project management and programme/portfolio support.

Please note: Interviews will be held on Friday 29th August; no alternative dates are available.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes with significant organisational implications, requiring strong leadership, decision-making, and relationship management skills.
  2. End-to-end responsibility for programme lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with strategic workforce objectives.
  3. Enabling delivery by providing expertise, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring project success through collaboration, innovation, and governance.

Main duties:

  1. Implementing change management strategies to facilitate new processes and systems adoption.
  2. Supporting organisations in adopting new ways of working, including creating Service Level Agreements, Contracts, and Business Cases.
  3. Serving as a point of contact for Programme and Project management knowledge.
  4. Managing budgets, forecasts, and actual costs/revenue.
  5. Developing detailed programme plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  6. Developing business cases aligned with the programme lifecycle.
  7. Managing programme execution, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges.
  8. Ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed.
  9. Leading programmes throughout their lifecycle.
  10. Developing stakeholder mapping, communication, and engagement plans.
  11. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives and staff.
  12. Facilitating stakeholder collaboration and co-design workshops.
  13. Engaging stakeholders for input, feedback, and support for initiatives.
