The Emergency Department at the Royal Surrey County Hospital sees approximately 75000 patients every year of which around 18000 are paediatric patients. To support and enhance the care we provide to patients and their families we are seeking an enthusiastic Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to join our vibrant Paediatric Emergency Department. As a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse, you will lead and mentor a team of dedicated nurses, ensuring high standards of care in our fast-paced environment. You\’ll play a key role in triaging patients, managing complex cases, and supporting families during critical moments. Your leadership will help shape the future of our department and inspire the next generation of nurses.

and develop in this role this is your opportunity to join our dedicated team in the Paediatric Emergency Department as a Junior Sister/ Charge Nurse. Here you will work in a supportive and dynamic environment where we strive to nurture your professional development.
