Successful candidate will have a pivotal role in setting up group and individual activities for patients and much more. The post holder will receive support from our dedicated team and have access to our community practice development sister., The purpose of this role is to enhance patient experience for individual patients or groups of patients who require enhanced care or supervision during their stay in hospital. This will be achieved through close multidisciplinary team working
We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and hardworking person to join our team at Haslemere Hospital. This role will give a candidate a fantastic opportunity to be involved in developing the use of newly designed dementia corners. This role will support the ward with providing 1:2:1 care for patients with complex needs.
