Discover Nature Ambassador
Salary: £12.88 per hour (21 years and over), £10.85 per hour (18 to 20 years)

Working hours: Part time, variable hours subject to availability, flexible over Saturdays and Sundays
Reporting to: Fundraising and Supporter Relations Manager
Based at: Lower Moor Nature Reserve and Langford Lakes Nature Reserve, Wiltshire Wildlife Trust HQ – Elm Tree Court, Long Street, Devizes, Wiltshire, SN10 1NJ
Responsibilities
The Discover Nature Ambassador will welcome and help visitors at the Lower Moor Nature Reserve and Langford Lakes Nature Reserve to enjoy their visit and grow support for the Trust. Visitors should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged through the service and welcome provided. The Ambassador will actively promote ways to support WWT, including donations to appeals and taking action for nature in line with our strategic goals. The role requires working on site independently, being highly self‑motivated and able to engage with visitors face‑to‑face.
Qualifications
Desired experience: face‑to‑face fundraising or hospitality industry experience. A “people person” who is enthusiastic about speaking to people about nature and conservation. A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
