We are looking for a Casual Catering Assistant to provide refreshments and a friendly welcome to visitors at our Holme Dunes Nature Reserve.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve soup, sandwiches, hot beverages and other food items to meet the expectations of the Trust and visitors.
- Maintain the professional image of the Trust through presentation and delivery of food.
- Support the café in using locally sourced ingredients and sustainable practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous catering experience preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Current hygiene certificate desirable.
