Our portfolio ranges from bespoke homes to landmark developments valued in excess of £100 million, including nationally significant projects.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join our Mid Ulster office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career with genuine progression into senior, associate and leadership roles.

The Role

  • Prepare planning, Building Control and construction drawing packages.
  • Produce high‑quality technical detailing and specifications.
  • Coordinate designs with structural, civil and M&E consultants.
  • Assist with contract administration and site inspections.
  • Work across conservation, residential, commercial, tourism, industrial and masterplanning projects.
  • Support projects from concept through to completion.
  • The Person
  • Qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
  • CIAT membership, or working towards membership, would be advantageous.
  • Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
  • Experience using Auto CAD.
  • Experience with Revit would be preferable, but is not essential, as training can be provided.
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Full UK driving licence.
