We are a specialist practice in architecture, conservation, planning and sustainability, working across heritage, residential, commercial, tourism, industrial, healthcare, agriculture and major regeneration projects.
Our portfolio ranges from bespoke homes to landmark developments valued in excess of £100 million, including nationally significant projects.
As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join our Mid Ulster office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career with genuine progression into senior, associate and leadership roles.
The Role
- Prepare planning, Building Control and construction drawing packages.
- Produce high‑quality technical detailing and specifications.
- Coordinate designs with structural, civil and M&E consultants.
- Assist with contract administration and site inspections.
- Work across conservation, residential, commercial, tourism, industrial and masterplanning projects.
- Support projects from concept through to completion.
- The Person
- Qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- CIAT membership, or working towards membership, would be advantageous.
- Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
- Experience using Auto CAD.
- Experience with Revit would be preferable, but is not essential, as training can be provided.
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence.
