The Role- Leading projects across all stages
- Managing design development and coordinating consultant input
- Overseeing technical quality and compliance with statutory requirements
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members within the studio
- Contributing to business development through design competitions and bids
- Be a qualified Architect with several years of post qualification experience
- Have experience leading projects within a professional practice environment at scale
- Be confident coordinating multi disciplinary teams
- Demonstrate a balanced approach to design quality and delivery
