We are currently seeking a full-time Architectural Technologist who is enthusiastic and self‑motivated, wishes to engage in the delivery of a variety of projects through RIBA stage 0‑7, and has an eye for quality design, detailing and site delivery.
Role Requirements:
- Qualification in Architectural Technology
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role.
- CIAT registered
- Good understanding of current NI Building Regulations.
- The ability to compile working drawing packages.
- Specification writing.
- Experience of carrying out site inspections.
- Working knowledge of Archicad or Revit BIM software preferable.
