- Architect: ARB or RIAI Registered
- Technologists: CIAT Registered
- A passion for architecture and design
- Demonstration of architectural thinking, design and technical understanding
- Proven competency in the delivery of high quality architectural projects
- Production of detailed technical Construction Drawing and Specification Packages
- Contract Administration of Projects at Construction Stage (UK/Ireland)
- Delivery of projects using BIM
- Experience of UK or Ireland Contracts
- Demonstrated Communication Skills
- UK/EU Driving Licence
