People & Wellbeing Advisor Full time permanent A mixture of office (central London) and home working is anticipated with this role Salary to £38,000 Are you currently working as an advisor looking to progress your career? We are looking for a confident and approachable advisor with good generalist skills looking to develop their career whilst providing excellent customer care. You will work closely with P&W colleagues to provide a proactive and business focussed service to operational leaders and managers. Responsibilities include: ER casework Support through change management Working on wellbeing initiatives Working with managers in support of L&D initiatives Taking an active role in EDI activities. You will have previous experience in a similar role and have a sound knowledge of operational HR and UK employment law.
