Are you currently working as a Front Office/Hotel Manager looking to progress your career? Here at the Royal Society of Medicine, we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated hotel manager who can drive occupancy and revenue growth through leading a team and providing excellent guest services. We are looking for a confident, approachable hotel professional who is customer focussed and target driven.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the Assistant Front Office Manager, front desk, housekeeping and night teams.
- Manage reservations, room allocations, group bookings and the check-in/check-out processes.
- Ensure teams are attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous for a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Monitor occupancy rates, adjust pricing strategies and develop promotional packages to continuously drive income and occupancy.
- Create the invoice, credit ledgers, aged debt and revenue reports with accurate reconciliation with the RSM Finance team.
- Lead the Duty Management Team to remain compliant with key standards and legislation.
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to, always monitored and complied with.
You will have substantial experience at supervisor or management level in a hotel environment with duty manager responsibilities.
