- Role Description
- Leading and delivering internal and external fish care research projects aligned with strategic business goals.
- Designing studies, developing methodologies and building research capability across aquatic biology, ecology and fish health.
- Managing project resources, timelines and outputs, including coordinating internal teams and external partners.
- Analysing and interpreting research findings, translating results into clear business implications and recommendations.
- Communicating scientific outputs through reports, presentations, publications and technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Recent experience of aquatic species husbandry and handling
- Experience in designing and managing research projects
- Knowledge of statistical analysis such as 'R'
