Regulatory Specialist – £36,000 - £43,000, depending on experience – Hybrid working from Essex site (3 days in office, 2 days home working will be considered) – Permanent.
Role Description
- Ensuring compliance with global chemical regulations by maintaining accurate classification, labelling, and safety data documentation.
- Reviewing and maintaining raw material and product data within SAP EHS, identifying inconsistencies and resolving data issues.
- Creating and updating safety data sheets and labels in line with GHS and regional regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing regulatory data and communicating findings to support business decisions and project delivery.
- Supporting regulatory projects and improving processes by identifying inefficiencies, maintaining compliance systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Degree qualification preferably in chemicals or a similar scientific discipline.
- Recent experience working with chemicals regulatory standards; SAP EHS experience would be advantageous.
- Previous experience working with REACH and GHS would be desirable.
- IT literate with Microsoft Office.
- Full right to work in the UK.
