Talentmark are recruiting for a Senior Manager, UK/IE Pharmacovigilance to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12-months maternity cover.
Salary: Up to £27 phr to £35.98 phr PAYE
Role: Oversee UK/IE Pharmacovigilance daily operations including adverse event management, reconciliations, quality checks, and risk management activities. Ensure compliance with UK/IE pharmacovigilance legislation, Good Vigilance Practices and company quality systems. Support and maintain the UK/IE Pharmacovigilance system including local PSMF activities and compliance monitoring. Provide technical expertise on UK/IE pharmacovigilance regulations, including MHRA and HPRA requirements. Manage vendor oversight activities relating to digital media monitoring, market research and Patient Support Programmes. Support audit and inspection readiness activities and collaborate during inspections and audits.
Your Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical or biological sciences or equivalent experience. Established pharmacovigilance experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of EU and UK/IE pharmacovigilance regulations and legislation. Experience with Risk Management Programmes (RMPs) and additional Risk Minimisation Measures (aRMMs). Previous team leadership or management experience preferred.
