Are you a passionate and experienced People Business Partner looking to make meaningful impact in a dynamic social change organisation?
The Opportunity
We're looking for a People Business Partner (12-Month Fixed-Term) to play a key role in supporting managers and leaders across the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll provide expert people advice, drive organisational effectiveness, and help create an engaging, inclusive and high-performing workplace where people can thrive.
About You
We are seeking someone with:
- Experience building trusted relationships with managers and senior stakeholders, providing practical, evidence-based People advice and coaching managers to manage people effectively.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law, with experience advising on complex and sensitive cases, organisational change and consultation processes.
- Experience supporting recruitment, employee engagement, organisational development and People projects, with a commitment to delivering an inclusive and positive employee experience.
- Experience using People systems and workforce data to maintain high standards of data quality and provide meaningful insight that supports decision-making.
- Experience managing Payroll and pensions administration and job evaluation.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, deliver People processes accurately and contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, systems and services.
