About the role

We are looking for a tenacious and curious Data & Insight Analyst. This role is at the heart of how we use data to drive change. You’ll own our approach to data, insight and reporting across fundraising and services, making sure our systems work brilliantly, our data is trusted, and our reporting actually gets used. In this role you’ll turn information into actionable insight; spotlighting how our supporters engage with us, how our services make a difference, and where we can do better. Your work will help us make smarter decisions, provide better supporter experiences, and ensure stronger outcomes for blind children and young people. This is a varied role that will require both hands‑on day-to-day data crunching alongside organisation‑wide collaboration and continuous improvement.
