Do you have experience supervising teams in a fast‑paced, hospitality setting? Are you passionate about delivering welcoming, high‑quality experiences for every visitor? We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the Food and Beverage Managers in delivering high‑quality, memorable experiences across our venues, including cafés, theatre bars, the Rooftop Restaurant, Green Room, and events.
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, key areas of responsibility include:
- Support the day‑to‑day delivery of food and beverage services across all outlets and events.
- Mentor and supervise teams during busy service periods, including pre‑show, interval and post‑show.
- Deliver welcoming, professional and high‑quality visitor experiences at all times.
- Run daily team briefings to communicate key operational updates and expectations.
- Mentor, support, and develop Food & Beverage Assistants and casual team members.
- Respond to operational challenges efficiently, escalating issues where required.
- Oversee stock control, deliveries, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and effective use of EPOS systems.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, licensing, and Health & Safety requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will offer:
- Experience supervising teams in a hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- A passion for delivering outstanding visitor experiences.
- Confidence working in fast‑paced environments and prioritising tasks.
- Good understanding of food, beverage and alcohol service.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence using EPOS systems, tills, and basic IT systems.
- Knowledge of food safety, Health & Safety, and licensing requirements.
This is a full‑time, permanent position, based in Stratford upon Avon. Working 40 hours per week, (including some evenings and weekends), 5 days over 7 with 2 days off per week.
