The Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon seeks a Chef de Partie to run and rotate on kitchen sections (garnish, larder, hot, or pastry), under the guidance of the Executive Head Chef. You’ll prepare high-quality dishes from fresh, local ingredients for cafes, Rooftop Restaurant, Riverside Terrace, and events.
You’ll work 48 hours over 5 days, typical hours 9am–7pm, with some evenings and weekends, and very few late finishes or Sunday work.
