The Royal Shakespeare Company is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to develop and deliver high-impact campaigns that convert audiences into members, patrons and donors.

You will steward supporters and deliver exceptional engagement opportunities in line with the RSC’s values.

Reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, you will plan multi-channel activity across digital, direct mail, phone and in-person events, while collaborating with Development, Brand & Audiences and Communications.
