We are looking for two Corporate Partnerships Managers to play a vital role in delivering and growing a high‑value partnerships portfolio that supports the RSC's artistic and charitable mission, meeting ambitious income targets and organisational goals. This role is central to building lasting corporate partnerships that enable the RSC to create extraordinary work and widen access to the performing arts for young people. You'll play a key part in connecting businesses with inspiring creative opportunities—delivering meaningful impact while driving sustainable income. Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing a pipeline of prospective corporate partners, driving new business growth and delivering excellent account management.
  • Creating compelling, creative partnership propositions aligned to corporate priorities and the RSC's strategic goals.
  • Attending cultivation events; managing and developing new relationships with partners and tailoring stewardship.
  • Securing new partnerships and progressing prospects from initial engagement through to conversion.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful partnership benefits and experiences.
  • Monitoring performance, managing budgets, and using CRM systems (Tessitura) to track activity and report on success.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development, with a strong track record of generating income.
  • A proactive, confident and innovative approach to delivering against income targets.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience developing compelling proposals and delivering successful pitches.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, monitor and deliver against KPIs.
  • Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and demonstrating value.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and influencing skills, with strong attention to detail.
Locations & Working Hours

The RSC's Development department is split between Stratford‑upon‑Avon and London. These roles are offered as full‑time, permanent positions with one based in Stratford‑upon‑Avon and the other in London. You can specify your preferred location in the application form. You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although occasional evening and weekend work will be required. You will be required to work in the office or on site for a minimum of 3 days per week. There may be some international travel.
