Responsibilities

  • Deliver long-term financial plans, budgets and forecasts
  • Produce high-quality management accounts, forecasts and insightful variance analysis
  • Partner with budget holders to strengthen financial understanding and support decision-making
  • Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving actions, and support effective responses
  • Advise on business cases and the financial impact of key decisions
  • Communicate clear, accessible financial insight to non-finance stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or part-qualified with significant relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key trends
  • Experience producing high-quality management accounts and financial reporting
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to a range of audiences
  • Confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
