The role of Wellbeing & RESPECT Coordinator is a key position with an important role to play in supporting RSABI’s wellbeing priorities and helping to create safer, kinder and more inclusive environments for young people in Scottish agriculture.

The successful applicant will lead the delivery of the RESPECT and #AreEweOkay? initiatives within the Young Farmers network, working in close partnership with the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs (SAYFC).

The role will involve close collaboration with colleagues across RSABI and SAYFC, as well as external partners, to ensure strong, consistent messaging and meaningful impact.
