As a Spa Therapist at Royal Scotsman, A Belmond Train, you are part of a team that provides professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for offering a full range of treatments to fulfil different client needs and objectives. Reporting to the Train Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and storytelling in travel, a strong cultural awareness and an unswerving approach to maintaining standards. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering a variety of high-quality spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner.
- Maintaining equipment and product inventory.
- Keeping documentation and maintaining client records as required.
- Responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
- Suggesting and promoting retail products or additional services.
What You Bring:
- Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.
- At least 1-3 years experience as a therapist.
- Minimum NVQ 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Company certificates gained within a recognised company training scheme.
- A genuine interest and passion for wellness and body therapy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
