The Club has 31 en suite bedrooms, several private dining and meeting rooms and two banqueting suites.
We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our team. This is a permanent position and would suit someone who has a flexible schedule as the position would vary in the number of days per week from 2 to 5 depending on holiday cover. The candidate needs to be professional with a friendly personality, customer care is at the heart of what we do. Experience of Guestline/Rezlynx front office system would be helpful, although training will be given.
Duties include:
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Dealing with reservations enquiries either by email or telephone
- Dealing with member enquiries
- Checking guests in and out
- Processing guest and event bills
- Helping guests with queries, recommendations and Edinburgh in general.

The shift patter is either 7am-3pm or 2.30pm to 10.30pm
