The Royal Scots Club is a Members Club and hotel with 34 bedrooms; a variety of events and meeting rooms located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town.
We are looking for a part time breakfast chef to work 4 days per week, on a weekly rota basis from 06.30am to 10.30am.
We offer a cold breakfast buffet and a cooked plated breakfast served from the kitchen. You will be responsible for all breakfast mis-en-place and will prepare and cook high quality breakfast dishes to order, including full Scottish breakfast and à la carte items, all nicely presented.
Previous experience cooking breakfast is essential. You will have good organisational skills and ensure all food safety standards are adhered to. You will monitor stock levels and assist with ordering menu items.
We offer a good working environment, meal on duty, and staff uniform.
