Royal School of Needlework is seeking an on-site IT and Web Support role based at Hampton Court Palace. You will support day-to-day IT and website operations, assist staff and students, and help maintain the IT estate across multiple departments including Retail, Education, Marketing, Fundraising, Operations and Finance.
The ideal candidate has experience in Windows/Microsoft 365, CMS and CRM data handling, and is comfortable with data tasks, reports and basic website content management.
