Royal Russell School is seeking an Assistant Director of Sport, Health and Fitness on a maternity cover from January 2027. The role focuses on leading the Sport, Health and Fitness department, line managing staff and mentoring PGCE/ECT trainees to develop teaching practice and professional expertise.
The successful candidate will have excellence in PE teaching at GCSE and/or BTEC National Level 3 Sport, with the ability to motivate, challenge and inspire students to reach their full potential.
