We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will have prior experience in investment banking and will support our rapidly growing team across a broad range of activities, including the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and pre‑IPO advisory mandates. The role also involves assessing potential strategic investments in support of RPP’s strategy within the Fintech sector.

The Role
As part of a fast‑growing organisation, you will gain exposure to all aspects of our day‑to‑day business, including:
- Supporting transaction execution, including stakeholder coordination and preparation of key materials (financial models, equity story presentations, technology materials, capitalisation tables, and pipeline analyses)
- Taking ownership of selected workstreams, such as due diligence processes and business plan modelling
- Contributing to pipeline development through valuation analysis, company research, and market assessment
- Supporting the development and mentoring of junior interns
The internship will run for an initial three-month period, with the possibility of a three-month extension subject to performance.
Candidate Profile
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Prior experience in investment banking is required
- Strong understanding of M&A and fundraising processes, including valuation methodologies and transaction structures
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple projects
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Highly analytical, with strong quantitative and technical capabilities
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with databases such as PitchBook, Capital IQ, or Refinitiv Eikon is preferred
