We are looking for experienced (18-36 months) M&A analysts to support our rapidly growing team across all daily activities such as identifying, evaluating and executing M&A transactions, capital raises and pre-IPO advisory work; as well as evaluating potential strategic investments in support of RPP’s strategy and goals in the Fintech industry.

The position
As part of a rapidly growing organisation, you will be actively involved in and exposed to all aspects of our day-to-day business, including:
- Transaction execution processes, including managing stakeholder coordination and preparation of materials (e.g., financial model, equity story, tech presentations, capitalisation tables, pipeline analysis)
- Taking proactive ownership of selected workstreams on projects (e.g. execution of due diligence processes, business plan modelling)
- Pipeline development and review of potential opportunities, including valuation work, company analysis and market analysis
- Participating in the professional development and learning of interns
The candidate
- 18-36 months of Investment Banking / Corporate Finance experience
- Clear understanding of M&A / fundraising processes, key activities, valuation methodologies and transaction structures
- Able to work effectively and proactively - as part of a team or independently - across a number of varied projects at the same time
- Comfortable working under pressure and/or sometimes tight deadlines across multiple projects
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Strategic thinker with proven analytical, quantitative and technical skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable with databases such as PitchBook, Capital IQ or Refinitiv Eikon
