Full Time – Fixed Term (12 months, maternity cover) | Up to £36,483 per annum plus benefits | Location: Bath (Hybrid)

In this role, you will be responsible for leading on HR operational activity across the employee life cycle, including recruitment. Carrying out day-to-day supervision of the HR Administrator, you will ensure all HR operational activity is carried out in an accurate, timely manner, demonstrating professional standards and ensuring key compliance and audit measures are adhered to.

Do you have at least 2 years’ experience in HR and recruitment operations? Are you self-motivated, with excellent organisational skills and an accurate systematic approach? Are you customer service focused, with enthusiasm to always aim to exceed service delivery standards and levels? Location - In this role, you would benefit from the flexibility of working on a hybrid basis (with the expectation to attend our central Bath office, at least 40% of your time each month).
