Part Time (30hrs) Fixed Term (12 months) | Up to £24,000 per annum plus benefits | Location: Hybrid or Fully remote (UK based).

This pivotal role reports directly to the Head of Volunteering & Public Engagement and sits at the heart of a centralised team dedicated to empowering volunteers across the UK. You will be a key enabler in delivering our mission and ensuring volunteers feel valued, informed, and inspired.

Do you have a positive, collaborative approach with the ability to motivate and engage others? Do you have practical CRM experience and the confidence to become a superuser quickly? Do you have strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail? Location - In this role, you would benefit from the flexibility of working either on a hybrid basis (with the expectation to attend our central Bath office, at least 20% of your time each month), or working in a fully remote way (UK based).
