Full Time Fixed Term (24 months) | Up to £32,000 per annum plus benefits | Location: Hybrid or Fully Remote (UK based)

In this role, you will be responsible for policy analysis and public affairs support across a range of priorities, including parliamentary engagement, consultation responses, briefing materials and monitoring of political and policy developments. The role requires effective workload management, the ability to work across multiple workstreams, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of agreed influencing priorities.

  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret evidence and developments and explain their implications clearly?
  • Significant understanding and experience in how policy and political processes operate in the UK, particularly in a health or public policy context?
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise and persuasive briefings and policy content for different audiences?

Location - In this role, you would benefit from the flexibility of working on a hybrid basis (with the expectation to attend our central Bath office at least 20% of your time each month) or, working fully remote (UK based).
