Welcome Host Volunteer – Covent Garden How to apply: Welcome Host volunteers provide excellent customer service and help ensure that every visitor knows who we are, what we offer, and how to get involved. You can lead the conversation so every visitor feels welcomed and included, no matter their background. New volunteer induction day: Sunday 23 February 2025, 10:00-16:30 (you must be available to attend in-person). As a Welcome Host, you will… Welcome and greet visitors Share information and answer questions Give directions within the building and Covent Garden area Accompany tour groups to ensure they stay together during their visit Help to manage queues and spaces at busy times Assist Front of House staff in keeping everyone safe Schedule and commitment This opportunity is for an immediate start from the end of February/beginning of March 2025. Volunteer sessions last 2-4 hours between 09:45-20:00, Monday to Sunday. We are particularly looking for people who can volunteer on Saturdays and Sundays.
