The Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC) is one of the world's most prestigious yacht racing clubs and a leading authority in international and domestic offshore racing. With clubhouses in central London and Cowes, RORC welcomes members, sailors, and visitors from across the globe. Located on The Parade in Cowes, our beautifully refurbished Clubhouse is steeped in history and enjoys breath‑taking views across the Solent. The venue offers 13 guest bedrooms, all-day dining, a busy programme of world-class sailing events, member functions, weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events throughout the year.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Front of House Team Member to join our friendly and professional team. This role is contracted at 30 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique hospitality environment where no two days are the same. Whether welcoming members, serving guests in our restaurant and bar, assisting with events, or helping create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of the Clubhouse.
