The RNCM is seeking a Records Manager to lead a key project reviewing and reorganising the RNCM’s record store. Reporting to the Head of Library Services, you will be responsible for appraising records, applying retention and disposal schedules, maintaining accurate inventories and project documentation, and coordinating the transfer of records to new storage locations.

You will play an important role in ensuring records are managed securely, efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation, while also identifying opportunities for selective digitisation to improve access and optimise storage space.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience of reviewing and maintaining records or information systems. You will be comfortable working independently and making sound decisions within established procedures. This role will suit someone with an interest in records management, archives or information governance.
