About Royal Nawaab: Royal Nawaab is Europe's most famous Indian and Pakistani restaurant group, with three landmark venues in Stockport, Perivale and Ilford. Our Pyramid site is one of the most talked about hospitality destinations in the country, with a Channel 4 TV show launching this year, a packed events calendar, and a corporate vertical scaling fast.

We're not looking for safe. We're looking for the person who sets the benchmark for hospitality content in the UK.

The Role: You'll own the creative output across five brand accounts: Royal Nawaab Pyramid, Royal Nawaab Events, House of Nawaab, Royal Nawaab Corporate, and Royal Nawaab Perivale & Ilford. Ten reels a week, every week, across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You'll work directly with the Marketing Director on strategy and concepts, then run with execution. You're not waiting for a brief. You're spotting trends on Monday morning and shipping a reel by Tuesday night. This is a flat structure. You report directly to the Marketing Director. You sit alongside our Social Media Executive (who owns community, posting and trends). You'll brief in our paid media specialist and freelance cinematographers as needed.

What You'll Own:

  • Concept, shoot, edit and ship 10+ reels a week across 5 accounts
  • Weekly flagship shows: Behind the Pyramid (POV), Masterclass (weddings), Access All Areas (House of Nawaab), Under the Chandelier (Corporate), If Royal Nawaab Did (Corporate concept series)
  • Trend spotting and same-week execution
  • Brand voice consistency across all five accounts (each has a different tone, you hold all five)
  • Content capture at major moments: red carpet premieres, Open House, networking events, weddings
  • Briefing freelance cinematographers for hero campaigns
  • Editing in Premiere, CapCut, or whatever ships fastest
  • Sound, music selection, captions, hooks, thumbnails

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years creating short-form content for a brand, agency or as a creator with serious numbers
  • Vertical-first thinking. You know why a TikTok hook works in the first 1.2 seconds
  • You shoot vertical yourself - iPhone, gimbal, basic lighting. You're not waiting for a film crew
  • You edit fast and well. Premiere or CapCut, doesn't matter, you ship
  • You can take a concept like "If Royal Nawaab Did Coachella" and turn it into a treatment that lands at the brand world without being told how
  • You're obsessed with trends, sounds, formats. You know what's breaking before it breaks
  • You're proactive. You don't wait to be told to shoot something. You see it, you grab it, you make it
  • You care about brand. You understand that 5 accounts means 5 distinct tones, not one voice copy-pasted

Bonus Points:

  • Hospitality, events or food content experience
  • Photography skills
  • Music background (sound design, music selection)
  • Experience running a personal creator account with traction
  • Cultural fluency with South Asian audiences
