Your role will be to deliver Naval Engineering Maintenance Administration training programmes in support of the Royal Navy Weapon Engineering (WE) Department.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Naval Engineering Maintenance Administration training for Royal Navy Weapons Engineering.
- Support continuous improvement and achieve quality/performance targets.
- Enhance training delivery and teaching practices using learning technology.
- Facilitate transition and transformation in a learning context.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Use data to drive service and performance improvements.
Experience
- Experience in Weapons Engineering Maintenance Administration.
- Level 3 teaching certificate or equivalent (will be enrolled on internal training course if not held).
- Understanding Royal Navy Weapons Engineering departmental workings or equivalent experience.
- Experience in managing & compiling Royal Navy Weapons Engineering maintenance documentation.
