- Conduct post-course discussions with trainees to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of training delivery.
- Observe lessons and assess instructors to ensure training is delivered in line with JSP 822 DSAT standards and agreed criteria.
- Provide quality assurance and internal validation activities across training courses and modules.
- Maintain accurate assessment records, data, and reporting systems to support training quality monitoring.
- Contribute to quality improvement plans by identifying trends, sharing insights, and recommending improvements.
- Support quality control activities while ensuring health, safety, and environmental procedures are followed at all times.
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge of the education sector
- Confidence to hold a conversation with a large number of people

- Previous experience of working in QA
