Your role will be to deliver Naval Engineering Maintenance Administration training programmes in support of the Royal Navy Weapon Engineering (WE) Department.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Naval Engineering Maintenance Administration training for Royal Navy Weapons Engineering.
  • Support continuous improvement and achieve quality/performance targets.
  • Enhance training delivery and teaching practices using learning technology.
  • Facilitate transition and transformation in a learning context.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Use data to drive service and performance improvements.

Essential qualifications

  • Experience in Weapons Engineering Maintenance Administration.
  • Level 3 teaching certificate or equivalent (will be enrolled on internal training course if not held).
  • Understanding Royal Navy Weapons Engineering departmental workings or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in managing & compiling Royal Navy Weapons Engineering maintenance documentation.

This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata'd and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
