The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster. You will support the provision of course training administration activities across the Selborne Contract in the South East area, leading a team of individuals based across 3 locations. The role will be based out of HMS Collingwood with travel to other locations as required.

Selborne is a bold, £1 billion, 12-year transformation of Royal Navy training, led by Capita and a consortium known as Team Fisher, including Raytheon UK, Fujitsu, and the University of Lincoln. Together, we are modernising military education with cutting-edge tech like simulators and data analytics, all under a collaborative "one team" approach with the Royal Navy.

Responsibilities:
  • Line Management responsibilities to the large Facilitation Team for the South East
  • Conducting checks and controls of the team output
  • Managing day to day team tasking and team issues
  • Processing and maintaining sickness, absence, leave requests and return to work interviews
  • Representing the Enabling Services Lead on all business and meetings, as and when required
  • Record management including scanning, filing, updates of record matrices, archiving and access to data records
Must have:
  • Recent team leader experience
  • Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to in house databases
  • Experience within the defence industry would be an advantage
  • Remote leadership experience would also be an advantage
