Royal Navy SALMO Seabed Operations is seeking a Party Chief to lead deployed AUV/ROV seabed operations, coordinating vessels, equipment and teams in support of UK Defence outputs.

You will manage risk, plan tasks and deliver survey, inspection and salvage work to high technical standards.

The role combines offshore deployments (8–12 weeks per year) with shore-based planning, offers flexible/hybrid working and a comprehensive pension.
