This role plays a vital part within the Royal Navy's Learning and Development Organisation (LDO), supporting Service Personnel as they prepare for their transition into civilian life. Working closely with the LDO Hub Team Leader, you will provide expert resettlement guidance, offer clear advice on accessible learning and development pathways for Service Personnel and their families, and help identify education and career focused opportunities that align with current and future Royal Navy promotion and training needs. Full-time role - 37.5 hours a week RNAS Yeovilton Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level. What you'll be doing:

  • Providing Learning and Development advice, guidance, information and support to Service Personnel to help them access and prepare for education and learning and continuing professional development courses throughout their career
  • Promoting and facilitating opportunities for accessing and funding externally delivered elective learning opportunities
  • Actively seeking opportunities and exploring new methods to promote the use of the services available through the Hub
  • Coordinating learning credit schemes for learners
    Strong Administrator
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Knowledge of the education system, would be an advantage
  • Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level
