Royal Navy Museums, Portsmouth is seeking a confident, customer-focused front of house host with a clear sales focus. You will welcome visitors, manage ticket sales and retail support, promote Gift Aid and guidebooks, and aim to meet weekly conversion targets while delivering a warm, engaging visitor experience.
Based mainly in Royal Marines Experience, you will engage across the site, demonstrate interactive experiences, support family activities and events, maintain high presentation.
