Help shape our next chapter
Royal Navy Museums is entering an important period of ambition and change. Our 2025β2030 Strategy sets a clear direction for our people, places, collections and audiences, and financial sustainability will be central to its successful delivery.
We are seeking a commercially minded, strategic leader to join our Executive Team as Executive Director of Finance, Sustainability and Resources.
This is a broad executive leadership role, combining strategic financial stewardship with responsibility for sustainability, governance, people, IT and health and safety. Working alongside our Chief Executive Officer, Trustees and colleagues across the organisation and external stakeholders, you will help translate our strategic ambitions into sustainable outcomes, supporting informed decisions and effective delivery.
You will bring strong financial expertise with a professional accounting qualification, sound judgement and collaborative approach. We welcome different experiences, perspectives and career paths, and an inclusive approach to leadership.
This is more than a finance leadership role. It is an opportunity to help create the conditions in which our people, places, collections and stories can thrive.
