RNLI is seeking an Area Operations Manager for the South West region, covering Rock to Ilfracombe, plus Fowey and Looe. You will lead lifeboat stations, supervise staff and volunteers, and work with an Area Technical Manager to ensure a safe, inclusive lifeboat service across the region.
You should have experience in commercial afloat maritime operations, be a proven people manager, and be prepared to deploy afloat with your team. Travel across the South West and UK/Ireland may be required.
